What You Will Do

  • Develop Customer Relationships: Maintain regular contact with existing customers through calls, visits, and presentations to strengthen relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Customize Solutions: Conduct needs analyses to understand customer objectives and challenges, and tailor product solutions to their specific needs.
  • Expand Market Reach: Identify new business opportunities and potential customers nationwide, enhancing market presence and driving growth.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide comprehensive support including technical assistance, product training, and timely problem resolution.
  • Sales Analysis: Utilize sales data to discern trends, adapt strategies, and communicate insights with the team to drive decision-making.
  • Engage the Community: Represent Crow Shooting Supply at trade shows and industry events, expanding network and fostering new business relationships.

Location

While our team is spread across the country, special consideration will be given to candidates in or willing to relocate to: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Wisconsin.


Who You Are

  • You have a strong background in consultative sales (at least 3 years), ideally within the outdoor or shooting sports industry.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build lasting relationships with both customers and team members.
  • You are highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are passionate about the shooting sports industry and are driven to solve customer challenges and exceed sales goals.
